《女人有话说》是由浙江卫视联合汉鼎宇佑传媒集团共同出品的真实家庭生活探访体验真人秀。在节目中，由明星嘉宾前往5组飞行嘉宾家中，与每组飞行嘉宾共同生活三天两夜。同时，每期飞行嘉宾的朋友也将不定期登场，加入同居生活。想知道明星私下的真实生活就来一起看吧！

　　《人生战术本》分享了传奇教练在运动和生活中取得成功所遵循的规则。通过感人的深度访谈，每位教练都透露了他们个人生活和职业生涯中的关键时刻，这些时刻最终帮助他们形成了自己的教练哲学。这些著名教练包括洛杉矶快船队的博士·里弗斯；两届国际足联世界杯冠军教练吉尔·埃利斯（也是美国足球史上获奖次数最多的教练）；超级联赛的何塞·穆里尼奥，史上最受赞誉的足球教练之一；塞雷娜·威廉姆斯的著名网球教练帕特里克·莫拉托格鲁；名人堂篮球运动员兼教练唐·斯特丽。
