　　Three women whose lives turn upside down when Hanna's son, Jacob, is involved in a serious car accident and claims that he remembers his earlier life as a pilot of a lost passenger plane.

　　何亚春（李影 饰）很早就失去了丈夫，独自将五个子女拉扯大，一家人不知道吃了多少的苦头，受了多少的委屈。拮据的经济迫使何亚春在牌馆出千，被抓后逃亡菲律宾，之后又遭奸人嫁祸，背负上了杀人的罪名锒铛入狱，为了子女，何亚春忍辱负重十八年，终于盼到了出狱的那一天。之后，她回到了香港，和子女团员的日子终于来临。
　　然而，相识却要比想象中残酷的多，何亚春的五个孩子，有的婚姻不幸，沾染上了赌博的恶习，有的寄人篱下，一辈子对母亲怀有怨恨，最惨的要数老三家强（钟汉良 饰），在一场意外中，他坠楼脑部受损，成为了智障。家庭四分五裂的现状让何亚春十分心痛，她决心用自己的余生去补偿孩子们。

　　Sky has released an exclusive first look at season two of the critically acclaimed series, The Lazarus Project. Starring Paapa Essiedu, Charly Clive, Rudi Dharmalingam, Anjli Mohindra and Caroline Quentin, the action-packed series, written by BAFTA nominated Joe Barton and Howard Overman, will return later this year to Sky Max and NOW.

　　郭子明为人沉实，外冷内热，由于弟弟误入歧途，令他终生抱憾，因此他立志服务社会，以挽救不良青年为己任。毕业后，郭子明加入了一个社会青年中心，当上社会工作者。他虽有满腔热诚，无奈理想与现实总有距离，他经常要面对不良青少年及其家人的拒绝及侮辱，还有黑社会的恐吓及社会大众对社会工作的无知和误解，令他在工作上经常遇到不少挫折。

But behind closed doors, Sheila has her own darkly funny take on life she rarely lets the world see. She’s also battling a complex set of personal demons relating to her self-image… that is, until she finds release through the unlikeliest source: the world of aerobics. Season two found Byrne having successfully launched her first fitness video only to encounter some new and bigger obstacles on her path. She is torn between loyalty to her husband (Rory Scovel) and the values he represents, and a dangerous attraction to someone else. And since she’s no longer the only game in town, she finds herself having to outrun some fierce new competitors on the road to building a full-fledged fitness empire.
　　Physical is produced by Tomorrow Studios (an ITV Studios partnership) and created, written and executive produced by Weisman, who also serves as showrunner. This series is directed by Stephanie Laing, who also serves as executive producer alongside Adelstein, Clements and Bachner for Tomorrow Studios, and Byrne.
