　　《衰女翻身》“Sabrina” Sofia Black-D'Elia将会在剧中饰演一名固执的酒鬼“Samantha Fink”,当一次令人尴尬、难登大雅之堂的酒疯行为后，她被迫回到关系疏离的家里，试图戒酒并且避免牢狱之灾。Samantha童年时最好的朋友向其揭晓了许多令人惊讶的消息，这让Samantha意识到自己不再有资格成为一名派对动物—而她更是一团行走的灾难。

　　十五年后，东北长白山区老农刘老根已经回家安心养老，龙泉山庄全部交给刘大奎管理，没料想早已搬进城里住的大辣椒带着儿子药丸子回乡探望刘老根，并央求刘老根在山庄帮其找份工作，刘老根也借此机会再回山庄，却突然发现山庄经营情况已大不如前，更可气的是儿子刘大奎串通孙女刘珊珊及韩世信餐饮部长等中层干部一起蒙骗自己也隐瞒山庄的真实情况，刘老根决定重返山庄，再次主持大局，将山庄重整旗鼓，从此也发生了一系列啼笑皆非的故事。

　　主要是叙述青白二蛇情同姊妹，本在灵雨山庄中过着逍遥自在的生活。后两蛇巧遇穷书生宁丹，得知其奉母命前往镇中寻觅未曾谋面的指腹为婚妻子；于是青青乔装小姐，素素扮演侍婢戏弄宁丹。谁知素素竟对宁丹一见锺情，要求青青调回主仆身份，此时青青已被宁丹的孝心和细心所吸引，但碍于姊妹情份而疏远宁丹，无奈宁丹对青青已渐有好感，却须负起迎娶素素的责任。
　　在山庄邻近的一个山洞内住有修炼数百年的黑蝙蝠，对素素抱有非份之想，惜功力不及她而伺机窥视。在一次黑蝙蝠的偷袭中，青青与宁丹临绝境，以为离死期不逞而发生关系，后二人虽逃离险境，却又被迫分开。素素得知二人关系，且受黑蝙蝠煽动而合谋让青青在宁丹面前现身；于是在素素的离间下，青青黯然怀着宁丹的骨肉远去。
　　十六年后，宁丹得素素帮助下成为药坊东主，外号药仙，与素素育一子宁叶及一女宁静，并住在仙霞镇中。仙霞山上，青青与子明声居此，以采药为生，她在清心寡欲下道行更深，美貌如惜。素素当年被黑蝙蝠奸污而生下宁叶，因宁叶系两妖所生，天生魔性，素性唯有常用法力将其魔力封闭再加上人间十凡生活，道行渐消退。
　　石头道以捉妖魔为职，初误会青青乃同道修之人。宁丹在遇险时得青青所救，而青青此时以明声之母为，不肯相认，但素素猜到其身份，恐她与宁丹破镜重圆，然青青表示一切如流水逝去。此际，黑蝙蝠再现，看中宁叶魔性且造就他以便将来吃之，一次宁叶狂性大发伤宁丹，以致青青为救而迫于相认。
　　明声知己倪小雪误会被宁叶所污辱而轻生，石头道人之徒弟蚱蜢本是喜欢她，遂与之鬼魂交往，石头知此事斥责之，反被他点醒，觉悟正邪非两立，接受青青之身份，更发现爱上她。
　　宁叶妖性尽现，令宁丹明了他非亲子，且青青乃素素所害而离开她，素素为此与青青等人对抗。

　　钻石王老五向丹(吴启华)行年三十，尚未娶妻，性恪木讷古板，家人焦急不已，纷纷为他介绍，希望他能早日成家立室。向丹有一妹向冬(刘美娟)，性格向丹刚刚相反，事事自主独立，在感情路上又会否事事顺利？
　　然而向丹早已心有所属，便是朋友的契妹顾同心(蓝洁瑛)。心身边从不乏男士拜倒石榴裙下，所以心对丹都只是采取多一个裙下之臣的态度。丹的秘书常亚满(毛舜筠)与未婚夫分手后，与丹日夕相对，发觉他为人虽然木讷古板，但是个标准的王老五，可惜满的性格保守含蓄，真不知他们如何打破这个闷局。
