　　孩子们在球场内外长大成人，他们的前职业芭蕾运动员父亲适应了篮球后的生活，而女家长的母亲最终开始追求自己的梦想。

　　秦万石（秦沛 饰）是美味园餐厅的老板，他自参加厨神比赛输给好友金一山（欧阳震华 饰），受不了失败的打击便销声匿迹了。餐厅由妻子圆圆（沈殿霞 饰）与女儿苏苏（关咏荷 饰）艰难经营，她们都相信万石会有归来的一天。
　　但苏苏的手艺不佳，所有客人都转去隔壁的皇室玫瑰餐厅。为了能继续保留美味园，圆圆只好把大部分股权出售，但没想到购买的是化名田味吉的金一山。蒙在鼓里的圆圆与苏苏看着味吉如何将美味园重新整顿，另一方面味吉还要教会苏苏应该懂得的烹饪方法，但苏苏对他十分不满意，更与他处处相对，两人成为了斗气冤家。更复杂的是一直喜欢一山的梁爽爽（宣萱 饰）误以为苏苏对一山有意思，三人开始纠缠……
　　皇室玫瑰餐厅的大厨乔柏高（古天乐 饰）多年来不断寻找厨神的踪迹就是为了与厨神一决高下，竟被记者夏津津（张可颐 饰）误以为柏高就是厨神，两人日久的相处令他们爱上了对方。
　　美味园的生意有了起色，但田味吉的身份也被拆穿，早已爱上田味吉的苏苏十分伤心。这时圆圆无意中遇上了秦万石，但他此时已经失忆……

　　黄英姑（薛家燕）生性乐观，与女儿孙敏华（汪琳）等一家人自给自足。英与邻居王志祥（许绍雄）交情甚笃，其子王剑（吴启华）更把英当作再生母亲看待。时下的香港贪污盛行，在摊档工作的英因欠债，偶然会替人当替死鬼做偿还，坐数日监。一次，英不知就里，便一口气答应当替死鬼，结果被人屈成杀人犯，判以死刑。英行刑剪下辫子，吩咐当狱警的祥将之交给华做纪念。英死后冤魂附在辫子上，却因辫子落在装有关公像的证物房里无法出来，一困十数年……
　　转眼间剑已长大成人，当上警察，正直的剑因不愿贪污而只能负责看守证物房。剑在证物房翻出英的辫子，二人终相认。当年驾祸给英的叶家声（张兆辉）升做探长，把关公像重新移位，英冤魂得以重获自由。英挂念华，剑积极助她寻找华的下落；而剑亦得英的帮助而屡破奇案，许是宿命使然，英找到了华，却发现华如她一样被屈做替死鬼……

　　国安题材当代都市反谍大剧《暴风眼》，聚焦当代都市背景下的国家安全战线，讲述了以安静（杨幂 饰）和马尚（张彬彬 饰）为代表的国安人员，努力侦破技术窃取案件，保护国家稀有资源及重要科研技术不被盗取的故事。
